Complete account and data removal process

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your tasks, habits, mood entries, and progress data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the FocusDash App

Launch the FocusDash application on your mobile device

Navigate to Settings

Go to Settings → Scroll to bottom → Select "Delete Account"

Confirm Deletion

Read the warning message and confirm your decision to permanently delete your account

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account will be immediately deactivated
  • All personal data including tasks, habits, and mood entries will be permanently deleted
  • Data deletion is completed within 30 days as per Indian data protection guidelines
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete
  • No personal data is retained on our servers after deletion

Data Export (Optional)

Before deleting your account, you may export your data:

  • Go to Settings → Export Data
  • Download your tasks, habits, and progress in JSON format
  • Save the file to your device for personal records
